Dear Friend,
This year, as our children returned to the same school building they have known for years, yet something felt profoundly different. The walls were familiar, the faces beloved—but the spirit in the air was more joyful, and rooted in something long hoped for: a sense of permanence.
For the first time ever, the Holy Child Program’s students, teachers, and staff began the school year walking into a permanent home for our mission of “Hope through Healing.” Since 2000, we have rented a building in Beit Sahour from a private family slowly transforming it over the years. With great care and vision, our staff developed the building and surrounding land to create a nurturing and healing environment for our students and their families.
And now, after six years of hope, prayer, and persistence, we are overjoyed to share that in early July, the property was officially purchased. On July 15, it was registered under the name of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem—a milestone that secures the future of the Holy Child Program in the heart of the Holy Land.
This acquisition marks more than just a legal transaction. It begins a new era of expanded service, deeper healing, and greater outreach to the children and families in the Holy Land region.
To everyone who has stood with us—through your encouragement, generosity, and faithful support—thank you. This permanent home is a living testament to your belief in our mission, and your love for the children of this land. With joyful hearts and profound gratitude, we move forward together—rooted in hope and strengthened by faith,
Most sincerely,
Holy Child Program Board of Directors
