The Holy Child Program is located in Beit Sahour, a village three kilometers from Bethlehem and ten kilometers from Jerusalem. Students come from the neighboring villages of Bethlehem, Beit Sahour, Beit Jala, Hebron and Jericho. Teachers and social workers-in-training come from Bethlehem University, Birzeit University and Stavanger University in Norway. Volunteers to the Program come from the United States, Japan, Australia, Germany, Jordan and the Netherlands.

HCP’s most recent outreach has been to provide training to An Najah University in Nablus. This includes training university staff in the Incredible Years Autism program as well as running two parent groups using the Incredible Years Autism program for a research project. Additional local providers requesting services include Lifegate Rehabilitation program in Beit Jala, Ephpheta School for the Deaf and SOS orphanage in Bethlehem.
