A vibrant team of highly trained Palestinian professionals staffs the Program with oversight by a clinical social worker, who is also the trainer for the Incredible Years Program. The local staff successfully assumes responsibility for academic and administrative duties. The staff is a closely bonded team of Christian and Muslim professionals, with profound insight and empathy for the families served. Through patient perseverance in the face of unique challenges, they have creatively developed an innovative, culturally adaptive, family-centered environment, continuously responding to the ever-changing realities of family life.
